Ranged already hurts singed as he cant get in range for fling without taking a bunch of damage, plus vlad can just pool if singed does get in range of it. So pool combined with ranged poke can make a tough lane for singed. As for how it counters trynd. Trynd is known for being able to sustain like a boss, and so can vlad so that already hurts trynds chances of spin hit harrass, plus if he tower dives vlad, vlad just pools and ults and dead trynd
