I'll just say that one of my dearest friends wouldn't be here now but for SGK For The Cure. The American Cancer Society paid for half her chemo. They drove her to and from chemo. They gave her a great makeover, even (God bless SF!).

I thought all the money went to research. Not at all. A lot of that money goes to real women fighting breast cancer and helps them beat it. That money relieves burdens and helps them survive.
