Something u may not be aware of but your mood reflects in your facial aura. I notice that when you're PO'd your face doesn't shine and glow and it's not pretty type dark. But when you smile and are happy your face literally beams and no it's not the lighting. Every person has an aura

It gets an hour of 640x480 video, 30fps. 2 hours of 320x240, 60fps I paid $30 for mine. Mooz and I did that lactation vid with the Zm1 The JVC Everio series are good cameras but they record in a weird "MOD" MPG format. When life gets you down, your freaky little white bitch is always here begging for abuse, Goddess Caryn :))

Man! How do you do it Caryn. I've done public speaking before, and I can talk my tail off. But trying to talk in front my camera i's so hard to let my charisma spill out. What do you do? (note; You don't have to approve this)

Even when i was younger i was the same way. I just find it easy to pour my heart out to folks idk why. Maybe if you think less about the people and more about the message that will help.
