This is one of my favorite metal songs lyrical wise. Don't get me wrong the song is amazing but the lyrics are so different, so compelling, so i don't know what. It's not just a bunch of satanic fuck christ, which i cant stand. No, its actually intelligent, well-researched lyrics. And 1:45 that is really good corpse paint. It's not overdone like immortal and has a "dead" or zombified feel to it like Behemoth but also with what i call the "hollow cheek" effect like Shagrath. Well done!

I may have exaggerated slightly, but unless you're seriously tone deaf, MOST of this botched musical abortion centers around way too many half steps, and not enough technical prowess. Pure speed != talent, which is what most of this song (unfortunately) consists of, and a LOT of repetition.

I do agree they aren't where they were a decade ago, but that doesn't make them not enjoyable. They are just enjoyable in a different way.
