@darklord2314 I understand I cant afford a gym member ship. I have a pull up bar that you can hang up on you door(chin ups, pull ups neutral grip pull ups). I do dips on my bath tub normal, 1 leg up then switch to other leg. If your toilet is across from your tub and its far but not to far you can put your legs on that to make it harder. Try different variations of push ups. For legs I do star jumpers, squats, calf raises, lunges(add weights if possible)Its not a gym but is something. Good luck

@pkeranger6 what ive seen scott do in other vids is use a lat pulldown seat and put you feet over the pads, sit on the very tip on the seat. this makes you have the same range of motion, being able to engage you core all the way down to the floor and back.

i use this as my ab workout now. i do sit up instead of crunch for the leg raised ones and replaced the hanging leg raise with russian twists with a 25 pound weight. its a great workout
@DarkStyler94 If you're abs are not symmetrical, than that is not your fault. Its genetics. But if one side is up higher then the other, that means you may be leaning to one side more then the other on your workout.
Its really amazing how you come up with new core and ab exercises again and again. Since I try them just fore fun I get seriously strength in my core. And it's not like my core was weak before. Thanks.
I've tried out your workouts a few times now, and they feel really effective! I was just wondering how many times a week you do them? I was thinking about doing chest and biceps on Mondays, triceps and back on Wednesdays and abs, shoulders, and legs on Fridays. Do you think this would be a good workout routine for me? I have a question....in your ruitines it sounds like your doing 3-4 diff exersises per muscle and 3-4 sets each with 6-8 reps, I thought you were only supposed to do around just 3-4 sets per muscle like biceps- straight bar 6-8reps,curls 6-8reps,cables 6-8reps and etc all heavy for building mass?

I have a question about the declined sit up. Im doing 5 sets, of 15 reps each, taking 60 second breaks between them, im going down to the bottom of the pad.After the 5th set or While doing the 5th around there, i get a little headache for few minutes after i finish the declined sit up.why is this? what im doing wrong

for the decline sit up, i dont think it is good to go all the way low and touch the pad, because when u just touch the pad you lose tension, but if u go really low but just above the pad without touching it, the tension is still there which maximises the exercise. please reply and tell me if im wrong because thats what i always do and i would like to know if im doing it right or wrong !
so i've been doing hardcore ab exercises for about 5 months now, mostly all on the ground (15min ab workout our gym does it) and after that i do few heavy sets in machine with 30kilo 3 times a week. now i still dont have a six pack i only get a slight six pack when i flex them i hardly got a single pack at all when i dont flex my body fat is 8% also i eat very healthy with alot of proteins. what am i doing wrong?

@ScottHermanFitness yet another great vid. pleased i subbed. roughly how long would this workout take, would it be bad to do tabata after this (alternating jump lunge, box jumps, mountain climbers and burpees, 8sets of each 20secs followed by 10 rest just to blitz fat and get my abs showing.

@XsolidshotX eat healthy, lots of protein, veggies, good mix of carbs, consume about 1g of protein per body weight per day, if you want more bulk, go for lower reps but heavier weights.
how do you do decline situps without all the blood going to your head? And also, are these exercises still good if you can't do as many reps as you say?
The one leg raise crunch really hits you more than a crunch with both legs on the floor. 30 is ok with two feet down but it's much more challenging doing it with one leg raised. Who knows why?! but cheers good to try new stuff

@srsrsr2 focus on doing SUPER HEAVY but 12-15 reps... spot each other.. you need to rip those abs to shreds.
If done correctly, Ab pulldowns will smash the center ab and WOOD CHOPPERS will hit those obliques hard

so i've been doing hardcore ab exercises for about 5 months now, mostly all on the ground (15min ab workout our gym does it) and after that i do few heavy sets in machine with 30kilo 3 times a week. now i still dont have a six pack i only get a slight six pack when i flex them i hardly got a single pack at all when i dont flex my body fat is 8% also i eat very healthy with alot of proteins. what am i doing wrong?

Scottie I have been a follower since 2009 and I figured I would wait to ask because you would probably post some PR vids like Silent strong type but other than that you havent. Im really interested in seeing some 1-3repmax on squats,bench press, and/or deadlift! I know youre strong as an ox I just want to see some PR vids!!

@ScottHermanFitness yet another great vid. pleased i subbed. roughly how long would this workout take, would it be bad to do tabata after this (alternating jump lunge, box jumps, mountain climbers and burpees, 8sets of each 20secs followed by 10 rest just to blitz fat and get my abs showing.

i have a question dude it would be really helpful if u answer.....do you also do 10-20 reps or do you do more? and i have like love handels if u call but not that much i want it to begone but i wanna gain muscle and the bodybuildersin the gym told me if i want to gain muscle i to dont do cardio now what do you recommend me to do because my goal is to litteraly get a body to point like yours......what would you recommend me??

@XsolidshotX eat healthy, lots of protein, veggies, good mix of carbs, consume about 1g of protein per body weight per day, if you want more bulk, go for lower reps but heavier weights.

The one leg raise crunch really hits you more than a crunch with both legs on the floor. 30 is ok with two feet down but it's much more challenging doing it with one leg raised. Who knows why?! but cheers good to try new stuff
