I do believe people whom are interested in nature (life science) will gain an appreciation in the manner Dr. Werner's approach this subject. I appreciate it and certain questions I have posed towards the evolution theory have been addressed. It never fails when one decides to dig deeper he will be considered an heretic. I applaud you Dr. Werner just like the 30,000 scientists and men of interest alike suing Al Gore. Bravo!

Other problems that Werner pointed out include a scientist attaching a dinosaurs tail to a bird, and museums attaching feathers to a dinosaur, adding scales in a bird's head, and attaching human hands and feet to Lucy, the fossil widely believed to be of an ape-man.

If you are thinking of the specimen I think you are - the specimens were combined by a black market seller - not scientists. Furthermore, the fraud was detected in peer review (and only fooled a couple of researchers).

There are hundreds of missing links. Unfortunately each found link creates two new missing links ;)

Do some serious reading - reading with a sincere interest in understanding the fossils themselves (not in evolution or creationism). You'll find it interesting.

No, it's always been a fact, the theory explains it, just like atomic theory explains how atoms function, just like germ theory explains how germs function, atoms and germs are still a fact, while being explained by a theory.

The 'dissent from darwin' paper is irrelevant, its an argument ad populum and even then wrongly so, of the 8 biologists on it, only 1 actually signed it.

You should try learning what a scientific theory is, a scientific theory is a logical framework used to explain facts, they are not mutually exclusive, evolution is both.
