This was such an emotional video. Dale Jr. has gone through so much in his career. His father died in the job he did. I can't imagine how hard it is to go to Daytona ever year and even go through turn 4 without bursting into tears.

@dustin03888 I still get chills watching that clip of the infenion race. Just seeing the flames and thinking that this can't be happening again, not little e. Then hearing them talk to him and he was asking who pulled him out of the car and they all told him he got out on his own and no one helped him. He had help getting out of that car, from a man with the same name as him that left this earth far too soon. R.I.P Dale and Jr. you got a fan for life brother, go get em this year!!

The hard thing about getting a "new" guy into NASCAR is sponsorship. With a name like Petty or Earnhardt your guaranteed a sponsor. Some company will take a risk on you b/c they know you will do a good job of selling their product. Dale Jr. came into NASCAR with the #1 sponsor in the garage (Budweiser). It's not b/c he won 2 Busch Championships it's b/c his last name was Earnhardt.

I don't agree with you. There are a lot of other drivers who have raced for years and have one win. He has never claimed to be his father, but he is a great driver. He's just a great guy, and if you don't like him that is fine, but why watch? I never understand that. I don't like the White Sox, so I don't watch youtube videos with that team in it. No offense to you and your team, but if you made a video about the White Sox, I wouldn't go write negative things on it.

I have never claimed him to be a racing god. I am a fan, and I believe in him. I would never criticize you for whoever you may like. We all have our opinion, and he is the driver I choose to root for. He works hard, he is talented, and he is good to his fans...that is why I like him. True fans stick with someone...win or lose. If you do not like him, why watch his videos, why post negative comments? Negativity will get you nowhere in life! Watch a video you enjoy and smile!

And whether you like him or not, I think people ultimately need to cut Jr. some slack! He's always going to be held up to some insane standard because of his last name - people should just let him be his own person & stop constantly expecting the world from him.
