oh and for the size thing..you need to set your sony template/project to widescreen (1280x720) and all your clips that way as well when editing :) (just change them in the event pan/crop dialog box) then when you go to render your video, you choose custom size and enter the dimensions 640x360, and you'll get widescreen HQ for youtube ^^ hope that helped!
