With classic shows and Japanese anime shows being at an all-time low on Cartoon Network's priority list, I think their future is looking more and more bleak. Oh, well, if Cartoon Network fails for refusing to air shows that most people want to watch (anime, classic shows,etc.), that's on them, not their viewers.

Its crazy how in some place high school students watched toonami in secret. Where I come from toonami was part of most people's conversation no matter which high school social group you were in. Hell I played football and I can remember the team saying stuff like we need to do good in practice so he'll end it early and we can go home and watch toonami. I remember doing a summer program at a University in Georgia and all of the students would pause life and watch toonami. Maybe its a GA thing? eh

I totally agree with you about all of that! I don't even watch CN anymore unless it is Saturday night on Adult swim since they still show anime. Cartoon network now has all of these stupid shows like "almost naked animals"? I don't know what Cartoon Network was thinking.

cartoonnetwork had a beautiful time of piece and order cartoons like ed edd n eddy courage the cowardly dog johhny bravo the cartoon music videos and yeah it was great then there was tonnami that got the fans and adults hype it was the best shit in da world like DBZ and other cool shows but now we got chowder(i'm sorry i think its corny)fucking shitty movies flap jack the stupid kiddy theme total drama shit stupid live action shows its just awful i am depressed mainly wit tv now a days

Is not illegal, if no other company outside Japan have not bought the rights. You can watch fansubs. There are a lot of fansubs that will never reach the TV stations or DVD. If you wanna watch in a big TV buy a bigger screen monitor and 5.1 sound system.

Hearing this(which is undoubtedbly the truth) only angers me. It's a silent anger. Theres elements of a mystery to this as well. Could it be that Fox which is infinitely more active in the political scene lately would dismiss anime for leaning towards a more liberal, or even foreign point of view? CN is owned by Turner broadcasting am I right? Could they be aiming for a more "made in America" way of thinking? And holding anime or "quality" hostage? I believe this to be true.

Cares enough to say what he feels is right not for himself but for the people and kids that won't get to be inspired by what I call TOONAMI. The definition of life and culture is to find what is most important to you and pass it on.
