it is the 5 liter v-8... 305CI... with the pipes on there most people assume its a 350, and Ive even been asked if there's a big block in it before...
dam that thing sounds sweet. my pops had an 81-87 not sure. it was sweet and tough. took a side collision which would destroy any modern day car and gave the chassis a c shape and still ran til the engine overheated on a freeway pay toll a few years later.

i just found an 84 thats in pretty good shape, its only got a v6 with 104,000 miles one it and its 200 bucks, these cars are bad ass

I call them echo tubes... same thing as boom tubes or whatever. just 2 foot long 3" diameter exhaust tips. makes it louder and the tone clearer.
