Awesome blue/green screen effects! Absolutely fantastic in that! However, the fight was slow and short. Practice speed and try to move around a little more. It'll make it a million times better.

Good green matting. The animation of the lightsabers were also pretty nicely done. However, I felt that the fighting could have been more intense. I did like it, green screening is a difficult thing to master. 4 stars.

I'm a VSFX artist, not a filmmaker. This project was created for two reasons: as an effects test for myself and to make some Star Wars geek friends of mine happy.

You liked the effects, and my friends were very happy to see themselves with lightsabers, therefore I would consider the project a success. :)

The thing about doing something like this is that the really well done parts (backgrounds, lighting, mattes etc) all go down the tubes because the standard of the costumes, acting and pace don't live up to it. If you were doing this as a school project then brilliant, but only 2 1/2 stars from me.

@bdunaway For what you wanted, a test, and to please your friends, yes it is a success but as far as filmmaking, dram and a story with emotion is more important than special visual effects. there is really no story here. think about the moments leading up to Anakin vs Kenobi, the best part of Ep 3 and then later Ep 4 whenthey meet again, there is drama, there is emotion. there is a story, give both characters a purpose. why are they fighting? answer that -that is what good filmmakers do.
