  • @ nashjm1 you would be considered as power player like me.

  • What type of bowler would I be considered if I bowl exactly like Tommy Jones?

  • What type of bowler would I be considered if I bowl exactly like Tommy Jones?

  • 2 people can't bowl on the scorpion oil pattern

  • I actually find shark easier

  • So the way I am watching these bowlers bowl on the scorpion, it looks like to me they slow the ball down a little bit so that the ball can break. I've got the Invasion, and I will be practicing on this pattern before my league. Feel free to give any pointers to me, thanks.

  • @royalsfanforever I love this pattern. It seems like the most versatile oil pattern. I play the 9th board. As the pattern breaks down I just switch balls. I begin with my Ebonite Mission sanded 1000 abralon (Mission is comparable to the Invasion) and I switch to my Onyx Hammer Vibe. Hope this helps you.

  • @royalsfanforever and I use the 7-8 board as my breakpoint. I am a stroker I play it pretty straight up lol. Well I hope this helped!

  • A really good bowler can play many different styles and lines, in other words, he is a stroker/tweener/cranker. However, tweener is probably the most versatile form since you can play both the outside and the inside.

  • dude the one chick in this video throws the ball like a fucking man lol

  • would the mutant cell be good for this pattern??

  • I kick ass on this pattern. Igot my 300 hundred game on this pattern.

  • The updated Scorpion kinda makes this video outdated :(

  • someone explain the 3 differences between tweener power and that last one?

  • scorpion reminds me of wes malott

  • cause wes rocks scorpion

  • Hi buck902, although each bowling ball has it's own characteristics, it's the way bowlers release the ball that causes the ball to react in a certain manner. Normally, what i would do is start from the outside, around the 5th board or so called the first arrow. Then adjust accordingly from there. Anyway, that is how i play on all lane conditions to begin, and adjust accordingly. I may not be doing the right thing but it somehow works for me. Cheers.

  • ok i have a bvp rampage it s desind to hook alot but it dont hook on scorpion oil pattern why?

  • Some bowling balls are designed to hook if you know how to throw it.

  • absolutely he is , he never goes inside...

  • i would say PB3 is a STROKER

  • his rev rate is about 380 that doesn't say stroker but he throws it end over end to keep it on line and tends to be firm with ballspeed thats why he seems to be a stroker

  • This shows your lack of knowledge. Just because a bowler doesn't go inside doesn't make them a stroker. He would be a Tweener. He has a high rev rate around 350-400, he just goes end over end so the ball doesn't dive on him.
