Its just the JAP OP modified to not have the vocals, like what they did to Tales of the Abyss. They most likely did it because they didn't to do an English dub of it. Smart move, an amateur dub would had been horrible, as they often are.

Nah, kidding, it wasn't bad. I still like Wild Arms 3 better but that's because it was the first and only one I ever played and rewatching that into brought back some good memories. :p
