  • I don't want all that crap in my burger. You should let the meat speak for itself.

  • Damn you are good.

  • WOW. AWESOME.

  • there is very little, if anything, perfect about that burger.

  • 3.Food is all about ratio. You cant get all the correct ratios in the mixing bowl and then go over the top when assembling it. Its like having a roast dinner with 15-20 roast potatoes. Balance, yin/yan, etc..

so dont bite of more than you can chew, at least make it so you can hold it without it falling appart.

  • holy moly

  • too much bacon

  • Ribeye and Filet? That is way too expensive for a burger and both cuts taste way much better as steak.

  • wtf is this... simple burger. Just chop some garlic and onions. Mix in beef with salt, pepper, and some worcercester sauce. Cook at rare. Thats how u can enjoy a friggen burger. Who puts a burger in an oven.

  • the more simple and easy the better it usualy is right?

  • Like some one else pointed out WE AREN'T MAKING A FUC8888 MEAT LOAF!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • lmao

  • that is a crappy burger

  • Wtf, an egg in a burger? I know it's to keep the whole... meat... "thing" together, but... Errr...

  • well you either have the egg or leave it out and eat the burger with a spoon

  • That's a crap burger. Here's the right recipe: coarsely grind high quality meat with a good amount of fat (chuck, or a mix of short ribs and sirloin, for example), shape into 6 to 8 oz. patties, season liberally with kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Grill over high heat on a well seasoned grill until done to your liking, turning only once. Do not press down on the patty. Serve with your favourite toppings and bun.

  • Looks very tasty, but you just know as soon as you take a bite the whole thing falls apart

  • We making Meatloaf? Thought this was a burger video. Video uploads get mixed up?

  • it's a probably calling things perfect.... you have too many videos that you call "perfect" .......

  • No offence but it looked Gross :)

  • Dude you are so Desperate hahah

  • good job man this extra +++ burger

  • you paid 20 bucks for a burger....sucker

  • a burger? please. I think you meant to make a meatloaf sandwich.

I'm the greatest burger chef and the secrete to the perfect burger is to accent it not redifine it.

  • did he just make a burger for himself for lunch and decide to film it?

  • That's a manburger

  • Massively over the top. I've had burgers like that served up on cruises & they ain't burgers imo. Fast food is supposed to be easy to eat. A cocodile might be able to get its gob around that but I certainly couldn't. Burgers aren't meant to be teetering, towering piles of ingredients. They're meant to be simple & satisfying.

  • so cool!!! msg me! i

  • lee and perpins? cant u read?

  • Never ever use an egg for a burger!

  • why?

  • i allways use eggs. it really helps how to bind everything

  • If you use eggs, you might aswell just make meat balls.

  • realy well done mate!

  • Einfach perfekt dieser Burger.

    Lecker, lecker

  • its ugeeeeeeee

  • I love burgers!

  • doesnt look bad...use 70-30 percent fat chuck beef for real juicy burgers...dont over work your meat...loosely with your fingers work the ingrededients into the burger

  • Ketchup!?

    ...

    Ketchup!?

  • although that isnt my favourate burger. i like aberdeen angus meat with a relish and red onions best. and a nice smoked chedder. It is a classic burger. And to the "Line chef" no steak tastes different lol my ass you try a cheap steak that hasnt been hung for a while and you will see alot of blood and jelly meat so yes theres a difference "line chef" TRY GETTIN A REAL CHEF JOB!!!!!!

  • great job, great burger! AS FOR ALL OF YOU IDIOTS THAT ARE POSTING NEGATIVE COMMENTS ABOUT THIS CHEF ARE DUMB!! EVERYONE IS COOKS DIFFERENT,THINGS ARE DIFFERENT AT EACH RESTAURANT, SO DONT ACT LIKE PROS!THIS GUY IS A PRO! POST YOUR OWN DAM VIDS ON COOKING IF YOUR GONNA WHINE! great work, chefy!

  • it looks good.. but i don't know if its gonna taste like applebee's or not!

  • hmmmmm yummy!

  • There are 1000s of different cheddars guys, this one happens to be American and mild. Not all cheddar is orange!

  • Noted: not all cheddars are orange. As said before, mayo would have been nice to add, otherwise, good burger.

  • I made it, it was great. It's like a meatloaf burger. It did take some work to fit it in my mouth though.

  • That's what she said.

  • hahaha

  • It loks tastey but.. need some modifications hehehe.. depends on the eater..

  • Well...that wasn't kosher.

  • Nonsense!! That is not the perfect burger. The beef was to thick for a start. You ruined it by using tomato sauce! Why was there no mayo? THe hunt for the best burger continues.....

  • Great Video! Add a slice of beetroot or pineapple. Wow I didn't know they make Maple flavoured bacon..

  • Fucking Yummy!

  • or you could save yourself all the hassle and trouble and just get a double-double at an in-n-out for cheaper

  • you bastard, i'm starving

  • Ugh. Putting all the junk in your burger meat is a sin here in the US. Instead, use good ground beef, not too lean, and season with salt and black pepper *only*. Don't make your patties too thin, and cook over a hot coal grill. You could also pan sear them in butter if your making them in the kitchen - just add some olive oil to your butter to reduce the smoking point and get your pan rocket hot before you add the meat.

  • Love these cooking vids. Very down to earth. One problem though: Looks like that's olive oil being put on a hot grill. Olive oil is great, but not for grilling since it burns (and makes black smoke) at a lower temperature than other oils, such as canol or safflower, which are both better for grilling. Although they don't taste as good, which is why I usually then add olive oil for flavor after cooking is done.

  • how do you fit that in your mouth

  • Yeah... now try puting that huge thing in your mouth...

  • "Lee and Perkins?" learn how to read. Medium well is not perfectly cooked. Well done is perfectly cooked. Oh, and the cheese you used was not cheddar, idiot.

  • "Lee and Perkins?" - OK, you've got him there.

"Medium well is not perfectly cooked." - Different people have different tastes. You seem like the type of idiot who orders a well-done steak in a restaurant.

"cheese you used was not cheddar" - How do you know that? Just because it wasn't the bright yellow artificially coloured stuff you find at the supermarket doesn't mean its not cheddar. Cheddar cheese can range from pale-yellow (as in the video) to orange, idiot.

  • I don't order steak at the restaurant, but if I did it would be well done and what's wrong with that? You sound like you've never been food-poisoned. I'm not a cheese expert like you, but I prefer American (yellow) cheese.

  • I have had food-poisoning, and I accept that there is a certain amount of risk involved in eating out. I work as a line cook at a restaurant and have noticed that well-done filet mignon tastes about the same as a well-done chuck steak. The problem occurs when someone orders a say, top sirloin well-done for $25, when they might as well order a $5 steak from the local diner as they will taste the same.

  • Kudos to edmoil2!!Don't make any claim whatsoever if you don't know anything abt cheese!!Hee hee!Edmoil's right!!Halo428 is an idiot!!for your info, well done steak tastes like shoe leather (but that depends on the consumer!).

  • Oooh, can I join you and give kudos too... faggot. For your info, this vid is not about steak. By the way, when I order a steak (sandwich), they don't ask how you want it cooked cuz it only comes one way. It's people like you that instigate and wonder why you end up on your back with a bloody nose. Edmoil's comment was accepted and I learned something.

  • woohoo..the idiot learned sumthinnn! That's a kudos! That indicates that your brain is still workin'

  • Red Onions make Burgers Taste Really good!!

  • Wonderful job, you made my mouth water.

  • meh, I'd caramelize the onions first, and maybe add a little goat cheese in there with the mozza.

  • he sounds like a fag

  • FYI he is standing above Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, looking West, South-West. You can see the city of Charlotte Amalie to his right in the first and last scene. The tower with the cables is the top of a gondola type thing that tourists typically take up from the cruise boat docks. Not sure why he claimed it was BVI both times, but it is certainly not.

  • That's not a true burger.... it's meatloaf

  • he is right, its a meatloaf buddy...

  • yea Macdonald's is a real burger...

  • damn im making one tommorow haha looked so damn good

  • cool! i'm gonna have to try it

  • i kinda wish you'd add amounts of ingredients and cooking time or something to these videos. it's hard to follow when you just kinda toss seasons and stuff on there seemingly willy nilly. not everyone has an intuitive sense on when something is cooked enough, or how you want it. otherwise, good stuff. i'll certainly try this, and hope i dont screw it up. :P

  • That was awesome! Keep up the great work mate.

  • New Contest Here!

  • great view

  • " TOE-MAT-TOE "

    Eh? You're 100% British :)

    " TOE-MAY-TOE "

  • looks good mate, I'll check it out

  • yummieh!

  • Thanks for all the comments guys, i think it is the perfect burger but i guess everybody has their own take on it! $20 is the average in restuarants in big cities and the caribbean where i am at the moment! I realise you can probably find it cheaper elsewhere!

  • Learn to say tomato.

  • Hey Dlix, how old are you?

  • Idiot. Why does that matter? You perfectly understood what he meant.

  • unfortunately the general public is much to stupid to understand the difference between REALLY HIGH QUALITY BEEF and the same shit they get from costco and other huge crappy stores. people die every year from undercooked beef. if i were the producers or whoever has liability over the instructions in this video, i would pull it.

  • That burger looked great!...also...try and add a few slices of cooked and pickled beetroot! Does wonders!

  • Nice, live it up man.

  • Much better sound on the recipe portion of the video this time (compared to the horrible audio on teh steak video).

It's called Lee and Perrins Worsteshire. Not Lee and Perkins. There is no "K" in Perrins.

  • You can not make the perfect burger inside... it MUST be grilled outside... over mesquite, or oak fire. Also, your patty is made of meatloaf... the patty should be beef, salt, pepper, and maybe the worcestershire sauce. Grill the onions next to the patties put the cheese on just a couple of minutes before the patty is done in the second side... put it all together and enjoy with a cold beer. Oh, and where I'm from, good beef is going cost more that four or five dollars per patty.

  • seems tasty, but its HUGE... I'll take one bite out of that, and the whole thing spilled out already

  • I'm so hungry.

  • You had me at bacon.

  • Dude, I'd pay anything for that view!

  • Four or Five bucks? Are you kidding? The Rib Eye fillet alone would cost more than that. Still, this is well worth it. I really wanted to eat that burger. :)

  • Fett77 is right. If burger is that cheap in the UK, then I'm moving. Though I REALLY doubt it. I'd have spent at LEAST 5 bucks just for a decent chunk of ground burger here. Not even to mention the expensive lettuce he used, and threw half of it away.

  • think about the cost PER BURGER - you can make several burgers with the ingredients, where as you spend $20 for one burger at the restaurant _DUH_

  • @w0smith

Exactly! Thank the Lord that there are some smart people on Youtube =P.
