My one wish is that they get rid of that Colonel and put in a proper commander. I'm really not interested in seeing him screw his way across the universe. Have him ascend or something.
And enough with the lost in space theme. I'd really hate it if the whole premise is them finding their way home. We've seen this to death with Lost in Space, Gilligan's Island, Voyager...

Erm.. I think the whole point of this series is getting Destiny back to Earth.... And about the Colonel (I assume you mean Young) I think that he's pretty cool. Better than Rush anyway.
