@IAmDropZz They buzz if you connect them wrong, if there's something wrong with your USB port or if you're using a MS Charge and Play kit for your controller. We wouldn't have sold so many if they buzz for no reason.

@IAmDropZz It's an adapter sold by Microsoft that lets you charge a wireless controller while playing and it causes a buzz on gaming headsets when you use it.

@IAmDropZz x41s are good but they do crackle and not because you hook them up wrong but because of all the different frequencies in the air from maybe a laptop being used or a router. Your best bet is to set them up far away from other electronics and make sure you have a cleaner line of sight to your docking station. When they crackle it's the most annoying thing in the world.

could turtle beach please explain why they cannot make a wireless headset for the ps3 is it really that hard. i can buy a $10.00 blue tooth on ebay i have the x31 how hard would it really be to get it done. i know all about the wire you kit you guys want a over the top $30.00 for but then it's not wireless is it.

@LETHALH1TMAN actually this model (PX21) actually can work with both a PS3 and a 360 as well as a PC. All you have to do is buy the puck for 360 or the component to work with PC. Theres just a couple extra things needed but this headset works for all three!
