The horn would be fine if people used it with RESPECT. You don't go to a baseball game or (American) football game and blast an airhorn non stop though the entire game (you would be rightly thrown out). South Africa is being extreamly rude to visiting countrys.

There is no reason to ban its use. Just restrict its use for during time outs, down time, or only when a goal occurs. Those who mind it, like myself, bring your earplugs. It is not a good practice to go to someone else's country and censor the way in which they celebrate a tradition as this one.
