great video. You may or may not be the right person to aks but how do I combine my influences into one short film and make them fresh. I've searched every possible wording of that on google and I can't find anything useful
@KelanDWood I'm one of the right people to ask. I have a degree in Screen Writing and have a passion for Story telling.
The way you're asking, no you're not going to get any results. Story telling starts with a concept. So what's your concept? Make sure it's something very short, and tells everything you want it to. Once sentence that usually starts with "What if...."
@derwood773 what im doing is basically very similar in style to indiana jones. A tribute to b movies and old adventure serials. That's the ingenuity of the indy films there made out of cliches of old adventure serials but they come off as being so fresh. I want to find a way for it come off as being fresh. I don't want to make fun of b movies rather then give them an ironically loving tribute. Budget isn't a problem i've got that all backed up.
