  • @StressedOutStressFre hi, my right shoulder blade seems to pop out when i want it too. I cant do that with my left side though i think my right is injured any exercises i can do to make it stronger. When i am playing basketball it start to go numb and start tingling. Please help please

  • Everytime I do this it pops, and doesn't stop? Like at 5:12 when you do that exercise everytime I do that it pops? Is that bad, It doesn't hurt just pops?

  • question- when i was at the gym i some how pulled my traps and shoulder blades muscle, ive been putting heat and cold every single day, this muscle is in a spot where i dont reach so i use the corner of the wall.. my question is- when can i return back to the gym?

  • @stevenortiz954 The cold is normally good for the first day and after that only heat will do. For the spot, try using a tennis ball or a small rubber ball on you back by rubbing it on a wall or lying down on a floor to get to the spot. As to when to return to the gym ....It's all depends on how you feel, if it's still hurting you should try the lotions I use or soak in Epsom salt (just click on the link beneath this video) If you feel ok! Remember Always start light and slow Don't rush :-)
