yeh it will, i have tanned skin and i do this makeup style neally all the time and people say it suits me, but it may help if you use a slight lighter foundation or somthing like that, then your original skin colour. but yeh it will suit you

no offence, but your flicks look droopy. when you flick your eye make up out you need to follow your lash line and flick up and out, then you put the shadow underneath your eyes. The BEST way to make your eye shadow stick and come out darker is to use an eye shadow primer. If you don't have one some liquid foundation or concealer will work too. It's much simpler than ruining your eyeliner and colouring in your lids *rolls eyes*

I used to put on make up like that. But I didn't soften it at the upper part, causing a darker effect.. and I used liquid eyeliner around my whole eye. I also did the pointy part with the liquid eyeliner. Mostly because just eyeshadow won't hold it for a whole day.. it starts running. ^^ '
