The "poor" in the USA live in a public housing apartment. In that apartment, they have clean running water, a toilet, shower, refrigerator, stove, TV, game console, and cable. They receive public assistance in the form of a welfare check and food stamps. They have clean clothing.. They are eligible to receive government grants for college if they wish to go... If they get sick, they can enter the emergency room of a public or private hospital and get good care! Compare that to a poor Cuban..

The "poor" in the USA live in a public housing apartment. In that apartment, they have clean running water, a toilet, shower, refrigerator, stove, TV, game console, and cable. They receive public assistance in the form of a welfare check and food stamps. They have clean clothing.. They are eligible to receive government grants for college if they wish to go... If they get sick, they can enter the emergency room of a public or private hospital and get good care! Compare that to a poor Cuban..

@thx291 May I say Universidad de la Habana is one of the most respected universities in the world, top in medical education, it has a medical school called Escuela de Medicina Ernesto Guevara de la Serna in honor to Che Guevara who was actually a doctor. The school was founded by Alberto Granado, his best friend and the guy who took the motorcycle trip with the still young and innocent 22 year old Che. Cuba is widely respected globally for their high level education.
