Shw wasn't a pretty kid and I would bet anything that she's had work done. Her ears for starters.

You know, people change when they get older. Many people have jug ears as a kid but almost no-one has them when they're an adult. And many people are not very pretty when they're young. I personally think that Keira's beauty is really natural and is influenced a lot from her character. Her inner beauty shines through and that's what makes me quite sincere that her outer beauty is real.

@0YourMum No, she has had work done. It's been known that she did have her eyes done. Almost no woman in Hollywood is "natural" anymore. Angelina has had work done as well. Her nose and chin for certain. Even people who don't really need work done have it done. It's a bad message for girls. They can't possibly attain the false perfection depicted in films that they assume to be genuine. Beauty on the inside starts with full disclosure.

The voice is the same
Everything else is different except for the eyes. For the close up in the car she looks soo much like she does now. :)
