Ok, for everyone here, Potassium Nitrate can be found in Stump Killer (its made my spectracide), can be found on ebay, and can be purchased in a couple other house hold items, And for anyone saying that KNO3 is deadly, look into any meat that is "preserved" .. the preserving agent is potassium nitrate. Also, for substituting the Baking Powder, use pariffin wax, from candles, in faily small quantities, will keep smoke white not gray, and will help keep down flame, which make smoke last longer.

man you dumb posh goons don't know a thing about making standard smoke bombs, you don't put baking powder in unless your making the advanced solution, your supposed to mix 65g of patassium nytrate with 40g of normal white suger, heat a small pan on the hob make sure the gas is low, best to do it in well ventalated areas as the gas the mixture gives of is toxic, lol mix till it goes brown then add baking powder 3 tea spoons of it into and then dish out and leave to cool,

@TPeters321 hi im the guy in the video and i did ask my science teacher about this and she said if you set this off once in a while then it wont make a differnce to your health but if u did it 5 times a day then it would effect your health, so no it wouldnt matter for your party and me and my friend have set smoke bombs off many times and it hasnt effected us :)

@zezima10384 the military issued smoke bombs are 60grams of 99.1% pure kno3 and 40 grams of powerded sugar....or just use the ration of 3 to 2 or 5 to 3 also works good

@rorynestroo ----------- Unfortunately, ebay is not allowing on their website any pyrotechnic devices such as potassium nitrate- however, if you type into ebay 'Potassium Nitrate' it comes up with one result. Unfortunately, due to ebay banning the product, the price has risen. If you are willing to look/ shop around for it you may be able to get it cheaper.
