I never came anywhere near completing this (30 odd items collected was my best score).

Matt Smith sure is a legend. I wish you'd shown the part of the interview where Iain Lee asks him where the idea for the boot that squashes Willy came from & Matt says, "It came from ... the top of the screen."

ha ha... yeah hes a nut job isnt he... got to love this game though. I used to love just exploring it when I was younger. You could always find a room you never seen before! ;o)

Very interesting review indeed, thanks. I had a hacked version with infinite lives but still i couldn't finish it! A bit weird game. You had lot of freedom to move through the screens which was a very nice feature.

Thank you for the comments. Im glad you enjoyed it mate. The game is a real retro classic isnt it? The game was reall really hard. Back in the day I got no where near completing it but used to keep playing it as you always could explore somewhere you had never been before!

Excellent game! I had a pirated copy and blindly typed in the 4-digit copy protection code, getting it right in the first try. Yeah, I'll never forget that.

Interesting interview... it must have been a wild time for the guy to realise he had created a phenomenon!

The most discussed room when we played it at my uncle's house was always 'We Must Perform a Quirkafleeg'... Haha.

Yeah an interesting room name! This room was going to be called the GAPING PIT. The Quirkafleeg comes from a Comic Strip called FAT FREDIES CAT and is a ritual done at the sight of dead fury animals.. weird I know.. ha ha cheers ;o)
