I read somewhere that the Black sea was expanding 100 metres per day because of the ice that was melting and there are ruins on the bottom of the sea there too. Today I came across satellite images in Google Earth of what is clearly an ancient underwater city in Guantanamo Bay. Location: latitude: 19.952607, longitude: -75.150061. The streets and rectangular structures are extremely clear to identify and there is no way these are natural formations.

they had a brief thing on Discovery Channel about it. They were saying though that they thought it was an ancient Japanese Sanctuary for priests. It looks like some that are still around (the narrow staircase along the rock face) which were used to "test" would be visitors and isolate the priests from the world. I can't find them with Cape Verde Archipelgo alone.

That is the location. The Cape Verde Archipelago was once a big island. That is where the capital of the Empire was... The Atlantians ruled from Dakar, north to Libya, Egypt, then to the East, all the way to Iran. They also ruled parts of Europe, including Spain, England and Ireland, that is why many think that Atlantis was in Ireland. You can't make out too much with the new picture Google put there. The waves are too visible and the bottom of the seabed is not visible at all.

Nope. Knowledge is power and this is very important information. I prefer to keep it for myself because after I discussed with a certain professor from NY University, he said that I'm correct and that I should send him ALL my work by email. Of course I did not do that because I wasted one year of my life looking for proof to sustain what I found.
How about: "I will find sponsors for an expedition, we will go there together and we will excavate solid proof from the ocean floor"?
This would work.
