In 8th grade when we were required to read 'The Outsiders' I was like "Ugh more assigned books." But now I'm constantly thanking my teacher for introducing the book to me; and the movie. Whenever I read the book it touches my heart so intensely. When I watch the movie- I cry but I feel like it's better to cry than to not. Even in class I started bawling at the end- people that I was stupid but I didn't care; it was upsetting. Hard life to live but I will always be a Greaser at heart <3

This book was seriously so life-changing. The movie was amazing too. But I read this two years ago and watched the movie right after, and I'm still in love with it. I remember I had to read it for school and I didn't want to. But after I started it I never wanted to stop. When I finished, I went out and bought it and read the whole thing over again that day. It's the best book I've ever read, and that's the best movie I've ever seen. S.E Hinton is an AMAZING author.
