First off, it boils down to the zoning. If it's zoned residential, it don't matter how the place looks. If it's zoned residential and they are running a business on the property though, you could petition to have the place "shut down" for opperating in a res zone though. They can't have it both ways. But the topic in the court was the zoning and the laws pertaining to picketing a residence, so that's why the judge refused to hear anything about the COS at that time. Irrelivant to the case.

As for my participation, I went to the first 3 protests. Met a guy (I think his name was Chuck?) who was one of the oldfag folks like yourself. I'm not denying what you did helped damage the cult, I'm not saying you aren't still directly damaging it, but I feel a lot of this sort of stuff has helped to bring the majority of the Project Chanology movement to a grinding halt.

But then the protests lost meaning, and each time we had one it was for no purpose other than to have another one every month. The lulz were lost, and with it, the motivation for many. .funny story on the last raid, being the hustler that I am, I stood across the street little farther down to hand out fliers, and I received 4 hand shakes that were genuine from 1 former cultie and others from various walks of life....

You are CLEARLY incorrect. Tory has been picketing Scientology after leaving as an OT VII many years ago. Anonymous hasn't even been around for five years, and didn't even start protesting until February last year.
