Most of these students did not chose to come to the US so its not their fault. they want to be something in life. @red51291 nobody said it is their fault. but if their parent to do something illegal, we dont have to pay for it. This is a racist law against immigrants. Immigrants who come here legally, who sometimes have to sue for their rights. Their are politic prisoners literally dying to come here legally. now we just give it away to a select few (that is racist) . this is a racist law against immigrants from many countries. CA is past bankrupt. It belongs to banks. It is a bank owend property.
