@k0reang1rl She isn't completely lip syncing. Dancing like she is and having to sing is extremely difficult since there's nobody else singing. So the MR is louder to help her while she's singing. But that is BoA's voice and if she wasn't dancing she'd be able to sound exactly like what she does on the track.
