During Kobashi's 2 year run with the NOAH Heavyweight belt, this was my favorite title defense. Nagata looked very strong in defeat and it helped cement his status as a legit ace for NJPW at the same time.

One word:AWESOME! Japanese Puroresu has put on some of the greatest world wrestling matches ever(especially between 1995 and 2003).
