He was projected as a Top 10 pick last year. And again this year. And I don't know if I would say that Kobe was beyond NBA ready. It took him a couple of seasons before he truly blossomed into a legitimate NBA player. He didn't even start as a rookie. But yes, him and LeBron were freaks of nature, particularly LeBron, coming out of highschool. So I don't know if I'd consider it fair to try and compare him as a highschooler with Kobe and LeBron. Although he did lead the Mcdonalds game in scoring
He is a 2 at OU. He runs some point on occasion but the 2 suits his ability as a player better because he can be a lethal scorer. In highschool he played the point but was a shoot first point guard. That's why he was known as a selfish player coming out of high school. I will say that he has learned to pass the ball alot more, but he turns the ball over alot as well. As far as raw talent, the sky is the limit for him. It's his mental game that needs work. His maturity where it should be yet.
