From what I was told, OLd didn't initially stand for anything. It was just a clan for relatively old players. Someone had the idea that it could stand for On-Line Domination, but that's as close as we ever got.

what's the 2nd move in the overhead finger filp? i know that there's a heel side roll, a hand stand and... what?

It's another heel side roll. There's a slow 180 roll to get the character upside down just fast enough to put the board overhead and make the character appear upright, and then a quick 180 roll at the end after the fingerflip is completed.
