when ttom hanks acted in philadelphia, the movie play, the aids flu was making a movie for the tears to come out, making me cry out in the movie theatre, no!!! and making tears come out. I do enjoy a good pretend job, one that makes me cry is the highest of praise. when ttom hanks acted as foorest gump, i do believe he was retarded, not for because the man on the screen acted as though, but because why would the man in the actors studio act as such a man on the silver screen (dignity place)?

I always preferred the older format. Minimalistic, but ever so effective because all the attention is focused on the person occupying the chair. And it brought a certain warmth, affection even, which is precisely what Hanks inspires here...
