Simple and to the point! I have a small kitchen and I see a lot of recipes that use a food processor, so I've always been curious whether a blender does the same thing since it takes up less space. Is there any reasonable priced brand of food processor you can recommend?

You can purchase a Black and Decker brand for around $30-50 but I recommend spending around $50 to get your monies worth on these. Cuisinart has a nice Mini Prep food processor for around $30 if you are not preparing large amounts of food that should work well for a small kitchen and light use.
