They are pictures, what else would you rather see just the logo? i mean it's only changing pictures so people who actually look at the video arn't so bored.

I disagree, though I enjoyed COF and are one of my influences. I woudln't go out of my way to say I'm copying them Cradle of filth was most known for their lead singer and braging about how great they really were compaired to what others said they were.
I wouldn't go around stating that I was influenced by Cradle as that right there, in the eyes of any metal purist, discredits any of your efforts.
I have yet to hear one decent band that was influenced by Cradle.
Judging by your sound and what you guys are trying to do, I suggest you check out real melodic black metal bands such as Gehenna's early albums (basically the Spell trilogy) and you might wanna check out Summoning which is in my opinion the most epic melodic black metal band.
You are correct many many "MANY" hard listening metal fans will hate to hear that comment about COF, BUT! the main thing about that story is when I was in high school COF's mainstream success in North America showed me there was more to metal then just Metallica and Kreator plus the cheezy power metal bands. I enjoyed them for what they brought me and opened up for me. other then that I'm not a huge COF listener anymore.
I can admit though that those bands you mentioned including the well hated and liked COF are all much greated and more talented bands, We are still learning and getting experience which experience is everything. We won't be any die hard band for a few year for there are still some ropes to learn from top to bottom. I do like to call Cimmarian only "metal" because I feel any sub-genre just starts piss head arguements about if we are or not. thanks for you comment!

Black Metal isn't satanic. You should read up a bit on the origins. Burzum and Gaahl have both spoken extensively on the subject along with their beliefs and reasons for their imagery.

I disagree, though I enjoyed COF and are one of my influences. I woudln't go out of my way to say I'm copying them Cradle of filth was most known for their lead singer and braging about how great they really were compaired to what others said they were.

I wouldn't go around stating that I was influenced by Cradle as that right there, in the eyes of any metal purist, discredits any of your efforts.
I have yet to hear one decent band that was influenced by Cradle.
Judging by your sound and what you guys are trying to do, I suggest you check out real melodic black metal bands such as Gehenna's early albums (basically the Spell trilogy) and you might wanna check out Summoning which is in my opinion the most epic melodic black metal band.

You are correct many many "MANY" hard listening metal fans will hate to hear that comment about COF, BUT! the main thing about that story is when I was in high school COF's mainstream success in North America showed me there was more to metal then just Metallica and Kreator plus the cheezy power metal bands. I enjoyed them for what they brought me and opened up for me. other then that I'm not a huge COF listener anymore.

I can admit though that those bands you mentioned including the well hated and liked COF are all much greated and more talented bands, We are still learning and getting experience which experience is everything. We won't be any die hard band for a few year for there are still some ropes to learn from top to bottom. I do like to call Cimmarian only "metal" because I feel any sub-genre just starts piss head arguements about if we are or not. thanks for you comment!

Trust me, I know what you're saying. A lot of, now, black metal purists, have listened to Cradle at one point in their lives.
There's nothing wrong with considering them as a gateway to better and more solid bands who aren't about photoshoots and music videos.
I wasn't comparing you to the bands I mentioned. I was just recommending you get some influence from such bands instead of Cradle which you made clear that you don't listen to anymore.
