I LOVE this song, and this show, and Giles but it makes me cry so hard! Giles is right that Buffy dose needs to grow up and take responsibility but she still needs him to be there and love her and support her. I personally understand where Buffy is coming from with having a father but not a dad and to have someone in you life, especially someone as wonderful as Giles, to fill that role is something so special that it can't ever be described.

It's not quite a musical version but a complete episode where the cast is forced to sing and show their true feelings by a demon. Most awesome episode of Buffy ever ^^

And Anthony Head is a professional singer, he and Amber Benson have the best voices while Allison Hannigan isn't... too good and wanted her character to have the smallest part in the singing. The rest is just great for actors who never did musical before! :)
