If you can, buy the DVD and find someone with a excellect quality home theater system and watch this DVD from start to finish. If it doesn't absolutely leave you tears, you might want to check your pulse and make sure your are still alive. I was at the Massey Hall Toronto show in April 2006. Of all the modern state of the art equipment on stage,there was that relic of a Farsia Organ glowing in the dark before the show.It's highly probable that organ hadn't been used since the '75 Floyd tour,as more modern keyboards have been used since.With Richard gone now,it's highly unlikely it will ever be played again!

This one is truly Gilmour's and Wright's piece de résistance!

It's really their song. And what is sad is that it cannot be played again ... but it has been perfectly timecapsuled with this video (and Gdansk).

The Pompei version was raw and just slightly slower.

But the Royal Albert Hall version is legendary also. Utter refinement, and a poetic ending

A while after Richard passed away David said he would never perform this song again, it just wouldn't be the same without good ol' Rick. :( I can understand him though, Rick is on fire throughout this song. I'm glad David took Rick with him to tour back in 2006, apparently Rick said it was one of the most memorable and enjoyable tours he had ever done. Mote intimate venues, like back in the early 70's w. Pink Floyd, not the stadium stuff 1975-1994.
