why would you water cool an xbox360 slim, i though it didnt have any more overheating problems? they didnt say that they just said no rrod but they didnt say no overheating problems. ps3 will never over heat like an xbox does. i left my 360 on for 6 hours and it over heated. i had my ps for more than 24hours and never had a problem with it. ps3 failure rate is under 10 which is considered normal rate but 360 went over 50, thats just insane
Will Microsoft be able to detect this on Live? IIRC they can detect fan mods/LEDs if they pull more power from the motherboard than stock fans; and you folks said this doesn't use an external power source...

(Great if you want to put a mile long video card in it XD) Also i also wonder how an Xbox with little ram, and cpu power it can still run game's that would take an PC at least 6 to 8 GB of ram and a good CPU. XD I still got an Xbox because it just easy and Xbox live is great. but if i wanted to mod i would just mod an PC. i feel like there more to mod so more fun :D
i enjoy case mod and led mod but water cooled mods are pointless and raise that electric bill up there.... your xbox slim will NEVER need liquid cooled at all

As for a Slim needing watercooling ... probably not ... but most computers also don't need watercooling yet people do it anyway! The point here is that he has mad skills so he watercooled it and it's going to be more efficient and quieter than a stupid fan at removing heat.

In the past we have found any fan the snaps on over an existing fan always cuts down on air flow no matter what they say. If you stack two fans on top of on another all they do is fight each other, wear out quicker and restrict air flow. We have repaired countless original 360's that people have snapped the inter-cooler on the back of and had it fail resulting in damage to their system. I will say the wing fan looks the part though nice and sleek
