opening and closing somthing isn't enough, you ned to open the drawer and let it go, so it will lean down, and the doors as well, when you open a drawer you don't just open it, you open it and then use two hand to pick something out, i'm quite sure the armature opening the drawer and door were also holding up some of the weight of the door and drawer. Plus you have kids hanging on drawers climbing on drawers, hanging off doors and the like.
