do you start timing 90 minutes from the time the coals are lit or do you wait untill they are red hot to begin timing?

@campingmom1 Hi - it's 90 minutes from the time you light the coals. It gets super hot inside so the bird cooks really fast. Let me know if you try it and how you like it - Evanne
