Tuition is going to EXPLODE in California (USA). California almost went broke last month because of a projected $50 billion deficit over the next 18 months. Gov. Schwarzenegger finally approved a new budget involving $20 billion in cuts (mostly to education), $20 billion in new taxes, and $10 billion in borrowing.
