Very easy, first open the .exe on your Windows based PC. Two get a USB that fits the PSP. Three Plug your PSP into your PC. Four open the .exe on your computer. Five once you have the program open hit browse and find your PSPs drive letter in My Computer and then hit install. Six enjoy

Yes, IF yo use the internet on the PSP a lot because wireless WPA was broken entirely on 5.50GEN-B+
