  • @nintendo1yo1sasuke hell yea!

  • 0:28 rofl!!

  • same! (awnsering ur description)

  • my dads solution to a wasp nest (in aus you dont get many hornets) was gas and a match plus some aero sol can worked great aparently

  • It's winter. No hornets survive longer than till November. The nest is dead.

  • wow! O_O

    December!...

    :O

  • Yes, as opposed to the warm season when I could get attacked. The nest was located in the greenbrier and was exposed after leaf drop. I had no idea it was there until after Thanksgiving as this is near my house.

  • @denrockshard in australia december is the hottest fucking time of the year mabe just say cold season or some shit?

  • Had a nest in my garden and threw boiling water on the nest. it was only small but it sorted it lol.

    good job btw

  • how was the smell?

  • nothing out of the ordinary, like a typical fire

  • @ko0p I bet it smells like victory.

  • Same here, I HATE WASPS!!!!

  • ♫♪"deck the halls with burned up honets! fa la la la la la la la la!"♪♫

  • oh my god this happened in December!! no way! that makes it so much cooler.

  • Yes I did this video on December 7, 2007

  • sarcasm! why does your title say (in december) just put that part in the description.

  • it says it so he dosnt get animal rights protesters up his ass

  • why would animal rights protestors care what time of year it was? besides they're just hornets and those peta freaks only care about cuddly critters

  • because they abandom there nests in december or something like that, either way there is no hornets or bees or whatever in there so he put it in the title before somebody complains that he is being mean (i personally hate wasps cos i was stung when i was little D: )

  • O RLY?

That totally made sense. The reason why I put the time of year is simple - no bald-faced hornets should have survived the cold weather prior to the date of torching the nest. Therefore the video is what it states - a burning of the nest. No live hornets were seen, despite temperatures in the 20's and an inch of snow cover.

  • @FlashFireSix uh waspes arent animals there incects

only mamels retiels and humans are animals

  • @RockerWolf100 pssst, that comment is a year old and i was talking to somebody else a year ago :P

  • @RockerWolf100 You managed to spell six words wrong in a thirteen word sentence.

  • the wasp were hibernating?

  • Naw, they all die and the nest gets abandoned. Only fertilized queens dig in somewhere and hibernate. It'd be cool if we saw a bunch of flaming critters come flying out of there though.

  • u should make it a little more interesting to watch.like how u burned it. besides that it was good.

  • Just a few seconds before the video started I set a piece of newspaper on fire and lit the nest. While holding the newspaper (and camera of course) the flames spread too close for comfort, so I dropped it in the snow. You can hear me say "oops". One little gust of wind rekindled the smoldering nest around :29
