when the weight is at the ends of the staff, it wants to keep spinning in the same way!

I wouldnt have the skill or the insight without the influence of martial arts. Capoiera, Aikido, and Kung Fu have all been amazing and fun to play with in fusion with contact.

That was the most fluent staff work I've seen so far. I have seen another guy at the ejc and he was brilliant. So are you I like the way you move your whole body. That is quality performance.
