Just fuel pump at beginning - sounds entirely normal. Second noise may be an ABS self-test. Why hold ignition on this long without starting anyway? Why do you assume the noise is indicative of a problem?
the same thing happens when the car is started. I didn't start the car so you could hear the noise on the video. The sound is realted to the problem, it climaxes at the exact point the ABS light comes on every time
The sound is the pump for your abs system. It is trying to build pressure for power assist. most likely a bad pump or accumulator.
