You are leaving serious notes out of the riff at 1:04---dumbing it down---and then the chords are wrong at 1:17---just wrong. Get a book or figure it out, but OUCH, man, I wouldn't leave this up if I were you.

-----The real song that the 007 theme is derived from is an early Pink Floyd song named "Lucifer Sam." It was written by Syd Barret of Pink Floyd and it was about his crazy cat, Lol. It's in the key of "B," with a kickin' surf riff throughout the song. Like I said though, It is only derived from the song, it does sound a tad different on the album, (The Piper at the Gates of Dawn, 1967). I just thought you'd all like to know! Very cool playin' btw!

Honestly...... Idk, Lol! It was just the album the song was featured on. Maybe they wrote the song long before then and only released it on that album as a special or something. ..... I didn't know that movie came out that early. This was just info I found off the internet a while ago and thought it was interesting also. You can hear the similarities, though.

I tried several guitars till I found the right tone for the signature lick of the song. It has to be done with single coil pickups.
