They'd be a lot easier to discern if you could understand the song. I think at one point, she uses her fan as a mirror (the song is all about the beauty of Kyoto and maiko), but I'm not really sure what most of the movements mean either.

not sure which district she's from, but those people are being rude, Geiko & maiko are extremely rare now and they are blowin the poor thing off! its not like you come across a maiko every day now is it? unless u are one of course

This is the Gion Higashi version of Gion Kouta. There are videos of Masayo and Tsunemomo doing Gion Kouta and Gion Kouta does Gion Kouta at the ending of every Gion Odori, their district's autumn dance.
