on PS3 hold down L1 + X and bring your goalie up at the right time or bring it down depending on where your goaltender is as close as you can to the other goalie then it should automatically do it from there I guess :P. For Xbox I believe it is LT + A? Not sure if I can confirm it as I don't know their controls. But for PS3 I'm sure its L1 + X.
