nope but you can give'em vings, and thats got abiletys ^^ so they don't fly but the vings giv the creature more abiletyes :)

Actually you can give them a glide ability, right so that sorta counts as flying.

The object is to expand your Civilization across the galaxy. and it's not multiplayer but most of the content you get is from other players, like other civilizations that other players made on different planets will be put into your game, and they will receive reports on what exactly you do to their civ. Something like that XD

I think you mean that all the different games are in a different universe, so all the games are like a metaverse and each individual game is one universe. You get exact copies of other peoples planets and you can do what you want with them, but the original planet wont be changed, but the game owner will receive reports on what has happened to their planet in your universe.

Spore is a single player game. Even if it came to Xbox 360, you wouldn't be able to play it on LIVE. Also, I don't know where you heard that, but I'm pretty sure that nothing official has been planned about console versions.
