This is so fking obnoxious, what the fk does this class idea have anything to do with Diablo core fundamentals. Every class is a "demon hunter" by nature. I think the explanation is that every class fights demons, but isn't, by necessity, a demon slayer. They just have their devotion to religion, or the arcane arts, or innate natural ability, or what have you. And then they happen to use that to slay undead and demons because they exist in a really fucked up universe. The demon hunter, however, is a class evolved around the hunting and destroying of demons, specifically. Using knowledge of demon anatomy, weapontry, magic, etc.

Diablo is soooo dead... (the game, not the monster) They should have stuck to original lore, dungeon crawling (instead of running wildly and jumping manga-style) and mature class choices (instead of this mumbo-jumbo for acneic juveniles). Try to picture the "You shall not pass!" of Gandalf next to this trailer and all you will feel is utter dissapointment. Diablo should have been the next best thing to a wizard down in Moria mines... well, it's NOT. It's the fricken' "Twilight".

Awesome Trailer... Although i would wish the Demon Hunter used Glavies instead of Ranged but, the game footage looks solid, Shadowstep, Scatter-arrows, Flamepaths and other stuff...

The class I really have trouble coping with is the monk, the fact that you probably can never put a helmet on him worries me. And though people are saying he's the monk from D1, which is well suited for the world of diablo, since it was a medieval-monk uses pages from books to cast wizardry means. Not this monk though, maybe he's still titled as a D1 comeback, but now a martial art user that has skills resemble from China's khong-fu. The develop team's playing hard ball with us oldschools.
